Your new bes-TEA... Tea infused sparkling cocktails

We’re feeling thirs-tea. Are you? ( ok... last pun)

An afternoon tea is relaxing, but and an afternoon with a tea spritz has all the makings and greatness of a bubbly, fruity, and delicious cocktail, but with the added bonus of tea. It will be sure to wow your friends during brunch on a hot day. The flavor of the tea doesn’t overpower the champagne but compliments it with a sweet, fruity taste. From the very first sip, you'll know that you have something special and new in your hand. In this box you will get one infused sparkling wine tea and two amazing brut sparkling wines to create a tea spritz with your tea infused syrups.

Featured partner of the month - Jen Pelka, Co-Founder and CEO of Une Femme

As the founder of The Riddler, the all-women-funded Champagne bars in San Francisco and New York, Jen served tens of thousands of bottles of Champagne to the most stylish women on both coasts. While there, she realized that every time they put a woman-made wine on the list, it would outsell all others.

Jen wondered why there wasn’t a modern sparkling wine brand for "women like us": made by women winemakers, giving back to women-centered charities, digitally native, contemporary in style, and available everywhere we ate, drank, shopped, and traveled.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Fruit Tea (Tisane)
  • 4oz Une Femme - Betty

Instructions

Simple Syrup
  • Mix the water, sugar and fruit tea in a small pot. Bring to a boil, mixing to making sure the sugar is dissolved.
  • Let boil for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Cover the pot and let steep for 45 min to 1 hour.
  • Strain the fruit tea and pour the syrup in a glass container. Wait for it to cool down. Store in the fridge and let chill for about 2 hours before using.
Tea Mimosa
  • Add 2-3 tbsp of the fruit tea syrup to a Champagne glass or flute.
  • Tilt the glass slightly to add the One Femme- Betty over the syrup, pouring slowly to get the 2-color effect.
  • Mix and take a sip!

Cheers!
