Tonight's sip of choice - Laurent-Perrier.

Wait, never heard of a champagne cocktail? Let us explain first. From classics like the French 75 to mash-ups like the Champagne mojito, cocktails with bubbles are just more fun. Here, our favorite Champagne-forward cocktail recipes for big celebrations. There's an option for the berry lovers, the honey fanatics, and even the peppermint diehards.

Once you sip your first champagne cocktail, you may never go back to your old ways for those binge worthy moments. Any chance we get to normalize drinking champagne everyday is worth celebrating so let's get started before the show begins!


10ml framboise liqueur

10 ml raspberry puree/coulis

15ml camomile tea syrup

100ml of Laurent-Perrier champagne

Shake all of the above ingredients, strain into a coupe glass and top up with Laurent-Perrier champagne.

Garnish your cocktail with raspberries and mint leaves and you're done.
